From concept to something real.

The name comes from ekistics, the science of human settlements: how people, the shelter they build, and the networks that serve them fit together.

Its work follows that thread across three areas: structures for extreme environments; process intelligence software that models industrial plants quickly and affordably; and small, well-engineered everyday products.

These areas are at concept or early-development stage. Not every concept becomes a product. Ekistica tests each one against physics, cost, and real demand before it moves onto a roadmap. It owns its designs and works with trusted fabricators and partners to build them. Incubated within Plum Tree Business Group, Ekistica is rooted in the Finger Lakes and open to problems wherever they are.
